CPU fan does not work. Sometimes tried to start, make few moving attempts and stop.
Does not controls from OS (tried FanControl)
Hardware Info programs can’t view temperature CPU.
After high load CPU start to throttle, cause fan doesn’t start spinning((
Is the computer still under warranty? And where are you from?

The laptop was purchased from a local marketplace.
Then in this case you need to contact the shop where you bought it, because if its not bought from our official stores,we do not provide warranty. From what you described it seems a hardware problem. Or if you send to our repair center the cost is on the customer.
I can ask if we have a replacement fan in stock to see if we could send you one and you can change it.
