Problem: i dont know how to open backplate of this laptop in order to clean it and replace thermalpaste. I unscrewed 10 screws around the backplate and 2 short screws from the 2 removable plate for RAM and Memory. After, i didnt know how to remove it , because it staying still whatever i did to this plate , i undo all my steps and put all screws together to their places.
What should i do for removing backplate?
