Is there a bios file available for GemiBook to reinstall / update BIOS ?
Can I use, another BIOS file from Chuwi?

Chuwi does not publish bios updates unless they are to correct a malfunction of the previous one. You should not update the bios to a more recent one unless Chuwi instructs you to do so as it could render your device unusable
