Hi , i had to reinstall windows 11 home on my hi10 max and the touch screen isnt working , i tried to search by serial on suport but it says “Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retails and distributor for Service”. Can you get me the drivers or help in some way? The serial number is ZHiMaxHZ1H241003232

Not all the driver from this thread’s zip file are compatible with N150 model.
Do you have also a bundle for the latest model with N150 chip (Hi10 Max N150) ?

You go to the Chuwi website, support, downloads.
When they are not available on the Chuwi website, the moderator gives you a link.
