Hi,

I have reinstalled Windows 11 Home onto my Hi10 Max device and now the touchscreen won’t work and the drivers aren’t present in device manager.

Please could you help me with all the relevant drivers I need for the touchscreen and pen to work as I tried online and I’m getting an error message saying the database is not working. Also a guide on how to install if this is not simple.

The serial number is ZHiMaxHZ1H241203212

I have done a clean install W11 from both the zip file in previous answer and from Windows Media Creation Tool w11.
The Drivers zip 20240605 does not contain .info files, and, therefore, does not add drivers into Install USB, and neither of the Setup batch files for Camera and HID, which, I suppose, is for the touch screen, installs correct driver. So neither camera nor touch screen now works.
PLEASE can you send me a zip file which already includes the correct Hi10Max drivers?

you have to install drivers directly in windows on the device manager, they are not automatic. Those are the drivers
