Chuwi Hipad X Widevine L1

Hello,
according to Chuwi store, the Hipad X is Widevine L1 certified:

Widevine L1
Widevine L11607×546 124 KB

But in my tablet I can see only L3 compatibility.
What is the software version certified with Widevine L1??

Simply amazing, customer service from Chuwi is non existing at all. I have been asking for weeks in chat found in https://store.chuwi.com, which claims “we reply immediatly”, and nobody answered in 5-6 weeks. And here, nobody answered either. They advertise a product to be L1 compatible, which is not, and nobody from Chuwi is going to answer?

I have the same problem with my CHUWI Hi10 XPro. The Amazon product page promised Widevline L1, but Netflix reports it has L3, so playback is limited to SD, which is noticeably worse.
