I was watching a video a few hours ago and the audio is fine. Now playing a video there is no audi. I restarted a couple of times. I download the drivers file from mediafire and installed all the drivers again and rebooted but still no audio. In device manager I do not see an audi device. Any tips on how to get it fixed?
Make sure your system is fully updated and not in the middle of an update, as some devices may stop working during an update.

If you have already downloaded the drivers, reinstall the audio system drivers by following the instructions in step 8 of this tutorial exactly: [TUTORIAL] How to remove Android and install Windows on a dualboot tablet (Intel Processors)
Already done this, thanks. What audio chip does this device have? Maybe the oem has a custom software package to install the drivers.
