Would it be great to put Snapdragon X Plus or X Elite NPU chip on Chuwi Minibook X.
Great for what?
long battery life and more performance
For me that would be a very long battery life on the shelves of the store. Without a decent operating system and usable applications I wouldn’t buy it.
I just love the form factor of the Minibook X it allows me to work wherever i want, my job requires travelling a lot so i have to do work while travelling. Currently have 14 inch laptop but it is still big and heavy to carry around.
We are not sure if that could be possible, to install another hardware, but i will pass it to tech. I always send all your suggestions.
Thank you
Hi,
- 16 GB RAM as minimum
- Extended RAM on option
- more powerfull processor on option
Piggyback on this:
-
Battery-free EMR stylus. Not only is that more environmentally-friendly (no batteries to be disposed of), it also eliminates the annoyance when we need to use the pen but the battery level is zero.
-
A nano-sim card slot (5G).
Noted.
Hi @ChuwiSpainSupport , after 6 months of using the Minibook X, here are my suggestions:
- Better battery life.
- SIM card slot.
- USB ports should on the left side.
- Sometimes it does not sleep when close the lid, and not wakeup when open the lid.
- More options on the OS.
got it
Hi,
i know that µSD are not still well considered
but if add it on MiniBook X will be possible,
i’m sure that many people will find a µSD slot usefull
Best regards
As a student, here are a few suggestions that would really improve the device:
- Real pen support: This device is just the right size for both laptop and tablet use, and with a touchscreen already built-in, pen support seems like a no-brainer! It would be amazing to use it for taking notes, annotate PDFs or sketching directly on the screen.
- Battery life: In many classrooms, it’s tough to find a spot to charge, so having a longer-lasting battery would make a big difference during a full day of classes.
- Slightly better performance: A little boost in processing power, maybe something like the N200 or even the N305, would make the device even more capable, especially when juggling multiple tasks.
No suggestion, but a question: Is there already a general timeframe or expected window for when a new Minibox might be coming out? That would be exciting to know!
Up for Point #1: A real pen using EMR (not that inferior MPP please). EMR tech is more accurate and doesn’t need batteries, hence lesser electronic waste.
