connect the devices to a power strip with a switch.

Key combination Alt+F5 working inside Bios. After pressing some new advansed items will appear.
There are options about USB power, but its only disable usb ports during boot.
Note!!! After this, it is impossible to enter into the BIOS from a USB keyboard.
