Hi, i have an Chuwi Vi8 with Android and Windows.
The Android was not switching and i was trying to resolve that.
I need to flash now the android please, who have FULL instruction and files?

It is not possible to upgrade to a newer Android or install any newer version of Android than the one that comes with the factory settings. You will not get any improvements to Android. However, Windows will be kept up to date for the time being.
