Hello,

When I put my laptop in standby, It doesn’t wake up. The power led lights up but screen stays off.

I bought the machine on fnac.com on 2026-02-27. It’s serial number is JCorBPIY1H251000810

Can I have a bios Update ? my version is AMI Bios 2.22.1282 from 08/06/2025

Because you think it’s a BIOS problem.
It could be a hardware or software issue.
