My Corebook X stop working two days ago: shows blue screen CRITICAL PROCESS DIED and restarts.
It tries to autorepair unsuccessfully and ends up giving me the “Advanced options”.
I have to wait 20 to 30 minuts until the keyboard starts working to enter the Advanced options, but none of them work (hard reset, Safe modes, uninstall updates, restore to previous point… Not even the command scannow nor chkdsk in cmd console…)
I am trying to reinstall Windows but via USB boot but since the keyboard does not work initially I can not get into UEFI since I guess the F7 command is not captured when turning on…
Do you have any ideas of the root cause or how to fix It?
