Bluetooth wouldn’t start properly, so I downloaded all the drivers from the official website to reinstall them. However, when I try to install them from Device Manager, I get this screen and the Bluetooth drivers won’t install. I’d really appreciate it if you could tell me how to fix this. I’m using a translator, so it might sound a bit awkward. Thank you.
You reinstalled the operating system and did not back up the drivers before reinstalling the operating system.
You can use the Snappy Driver Download application to install the drivers.
