Hello.
Backlights on my keyboard are turning off after not using it for a few seconds. I would like to have them turned on all the time. How can i change that?

Hello JBCHUWI, welcome to the forum.
So far I could check and search, it-s not possible to have AlwaysOn backlit. Usually for these functions the brands add some software that is usually available in Windows Mobility Center to adjust but in case of Chuwi, there is no such option.

Since AlwaysOn backlit is not available, you may find useful touching the Ctrl key (lower left corner, easy to find in the dark) to turn the backlights on. Touching that key alone will have no other effect.
