We have to format the laptop because my niece forgot the password….I tried to use the OS you provide but I couldn´t make it work because it has no set up …so I downloaded media creation tool from Microsoft. I formatted the laptop and windows was installed but the touchpad and the sound do not work.I downloaded all the drivers you have for this model from support center I installed them but not the sound nor the touchpad work…Can you please help?
You can use the Snappy Driver Download application to install the drivers.

I Didi that but It says multimedia drivers cannot be found in driver packs.( It appears in red) And touchpad is still not working…when you Say “You can use the Snappy Driver Download application to install the drivers”…you mean I Can use the app to install the drivers downloaded from support center..if si..Can you please tell me how I can do that.

Snappy is a third-party application that helps you install drivers.
Whenever you want to download an application, you have to go to the application creator’s website:
https://sdi-tool.org/download/
search for the application in a browser, download it, install it, load the drivers, and install them.

I tried to install the drivers but I couldn’t do it because there’s no way to open them with snappy…could you please be more specific about how to do it…I mean the drivers from support center.
