Corebook X i5 12450H Sound Drivers don't work

Hi, I have the Chuwi Corebook X I5 12450H XCorBXIZ17P24111037. The Problem that I have is that after reinstalling Windows 11 24h2 on the Laptop the Sound Drivers won’t work. The official Chuwi Drivers don’t work, the Intel Drivers don’t work and I even tried Drivers from other manufacturers with the same Sound chipset but they also don’t work.

Lotti, where did you buy thet Laptop? You are using exactly the same serial number as my laptop. For me it is impossoble to reach the support page for drivers. Maybe Chuwi use serials many times.

Did you install the Windows operating system by downloading it from the Chuwi website?

I tried many different way’s but never see the downloads, I tried with and without VPN, 6 serialnumbers but nothing works. I am located in Thailand and it is almost impossible to reach your website even the sales site is very hard.
