Corebook X - Intel i3 -Windows 11 Home NOT Activated on purchase

I have purchased a Corebook X with Intel i3 processor on 16th October in person (not online) but on returning home I found my Windows 11 Home version was not and could not be activated. I have reached out to support with zero response, both via email and via techanical support so resorting to forums now. Could I ask how I can get a windows key to activate my Chuwi Corebook X? Generally, every single PC I have bought (non Chuwi brand) would automatically activate when I start my PC up for the first time, this is the first time to experience this issue and there is no serial/activation key included in the package. Be great to get some help official or otherwise or maybe someone can share their experiences? I have heard of Support sending activation keys to certain individuals, hopefully this message can prompt that action as well

Hi Bruzan, thanks for the reply, I actually went back to the seller but they told me that the licensing of the operating system (Windows) is with the manufacturer and not the reseller which was why I posted here. Can I ask if you are with Chuwi?

I have a Chuwi Ubox mini PC, I bought it on AliExpress and it came with the Windows license

There are websites that sell cheap licenses.

No worries, appreciate the response and comment of course! I believe this might have been an oversight or something as I have heard of a number of Chuwi PCs missing activation keys on purchase and the advice I heard was to contact Chuwi by their technicalk support (6 days now and no reply) and here. I would prefer Chuwi supply a license rather than myself buying it as the PC was supposed to come with a license.

Hi, for the benefit of others, just to confirm that CHUWI support folks has passed me a Windows Product key after about 1.5 weeks. For those looking to buy CHUWI and wants to ensure a smooth purchase, would recommend starting up Windows in front of the dealer to confirm Windows can be activated. I am assuming this issue only affects a small batch of CHUWI PCs but the issue does exist as I am not the only person who has experieced this. Kudos though to support for the help though would be nice not to have to go through this process. That said, this notebook is a pretty decent bargain for its abilities.
