I own a CoreBox 5th I5-13500H and I am planning to replace the thermal pads and thermal paste of the cooling system.

I kindly request the original technical specifications of the thermal interface materials used in this model, specifically:

  • Exact dimensions (length and width) of each thermal pad

  • Required thickness of each pad

  • Thermal conductivity rating (W/mK)

  • Recommended material type (e.g., silicone-based, graphite, etc.)

  • Specifications of the thermal paste originally used or recommended (thermal conductivity, viscosity, or suggested model)

I would like to use materials equivalent to the original specifications to ensure proper thermal performance and device safety.
