On Aug. 15, 2022, I purchased the Chuwi Hero Pro laptop. Today, I attempted to go online but received a message that there was no internet connection. After running a diagnostic, I was informed that the driver was disabled. I went to settings but was not able to "enable the driver. Need help. What can I do?
Try to start computer in recovery mode and restore last image before last update. I had similar issue on my Corebook X and it was due to some Windows Update that somehow messed up the wlan driver. After performing the restore to previous version available in Recovery mode, it came back to work and I was able to install later updates.
