Windows 11 was pre-installed on the laptop. When turned on, it asked for a password for the defaultuser0 account.
I went through all the options and decided to reinstall the OS on Windows 10. I barely installed the necessary drivers, but I couldn’t install the driver for the touchpad.
There is a QR on the box and on the case for downloading drivers. The archive contains only files, without an installer for them.
On your website, when entering the serial number to download the program or to install the latest versions, it says “Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retailers and distributor for Service”
