I have Buy this laptop from Amazon
I have bought this laptop on 13 July 2025
My keyboard is stop working any time after few seconds.
Some time it will work and after few second it will stop working like button are number 8, number 9, number 6, Backspace, function key
I have reinstalled the keyboard driver also same issue I’m facing.
I completely fed up with experience

When you buy a device and it doesn’t work as it should the first time you use it, there’s only one solution: return it.
No one responding for exchange from chuwi service
Its totally hardware issue
I have order GimiBook x pro
Bu in my window its showing Gimibook plus
And most thing my keyboard is not working
Only external keyboard is working
You bought it on Amazon, You should contact Amazon: if you have problems.
I have no idea why you see another name.
