GEMIBOOK xPRO N100 - touchpad not working

I bought my gemibook pro 4 months ago.
the key 9 is not working anymore (since the beginning) and the touchpad (since 2 months) neither ;

I can’t use it.
A already download the drivers on your support website and install it but it didn’t fix the problem.

on the system parameters, i try to check there is not touchpad block…

my device unique identifier/serial number is HGeBXPCY2H240803733.

i need u to provide me a solution so i can work. This is a device i bought for my work and i can’t

Same here. My touchpad stopped working after i installed a new window.

,Did you by any chance reinstalled or repaired your windows?

When you install Windows you have to install the drivers

I installed all the drivers but it still doesn’t work

What version of Windows did you install ?

Windows 11 Home 24H2. Current update that was on the Microsoft website.

Have you had any problems reinstalling Windows ?

I have these problems without installing à systems windows

Haloooo any Chuwi support team over here to help? How do i get my money back since is less than 6months i bought the laptop. I suppose i’m under warranty?

If you install a generic Windows it wont work, you need to install the windows that is in support page plus the drivers specific. Our computers are customized.

Hi. I didn’t install any windows. I just update the one which came with my computer. I already write to the support. I need to know which way i can send a video showing i can’t use the touch pad and the touch 9.

when support answer you you can send them a video added in the email, or by wetransfer you upload there
