My touchpad on my herobook 14.1 just suddenly stopped. In device manager it now shows as I2C HID Device with the yellow warning message:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
A request for the HID descriptor failed.
Cannot find the device driver anywhere so please can I get the driver or at least the details of the touchpad used so I can find it somewhere?
i need answer for this one as well. anyone can help us please?
