If you have flashed the bios with an unsupported one, you must write to service@chuwi.com to send you the link to download the Bios from your device. Just the same message you put here.
If it has been locked because you have touched some parameter and the tablet does not start, you can try to reset by pressing the power button for 30 seconds, then pressing the power button three times (three short presses) and finally put the charger and try to turn on
