Prima di formattare un computer, è necessario ottenere i driver dal dispositivo stesso, in modo che tutti i dispositivi funzionino perché Windows potrebbe non disporre di quello appropriato. Uso un programma chiamato raddoppiato, liberamente disponibile su Internet e l’ho memorizzato su un disco rigido esterno.
Poiché ciò non è possibile, è necessario scaricare i driver ufficiali dalla sezione supporto e download di questo forum.

We just been given this tablet which does not boot and looking around in the BIOS, it only showing 7.2GB

of storage instead of 64GB storage etc…

Please can you send us the bios file etc or tell what we need to do to get it working and showing the

correct storage capacity…

This is a faulty eMMC, you need to replace the eMMC to solve this problem.

This tablet is discontinued and not available for purchase. If you bought it on sites like Alibaba, GearBest, Banggood, Taobao , Wish then the tablet is most likely refurbished.

If it is really new, then you can try to flash the android, then windows (tutorial, flashtool). But if the memory size is defined as 7.2GB, then it is 99% faulty eMMC.
It can be replaced, but it requires expensive tools.

OK, thank you … Its means its scrap as if it cannot be replaced very simply, then its no good…
It was BRAND NEW sealed and was kept for a while until needed a few weeks ago…

I already attempted to flash the system back but its cannot continue as it only see’s 7.2Gb
storage etc…

I also encountered same problem.
My Hi 10 pro S/N is HQ64G421706*****.
I can’t recover OS because of partition trouble.
It keeps showing only 7.2gb partion.
I don’t know where this trouble come from.
Do you have any information regarding the trouble?
