Hi10 X keyboard USB connectors

Are the Hi10 X keyboard connectors USB 3.0 or USB 2.0?

On the Hi10 X website there is a figure that says that the connectors are USB 3.0 and another that says that the connectors are USB 2.0. What is the correct information?

On the Hi10 Air website there is no information about the keyboard connectors. The figure shows a black connector, which is usually the color of the USB 2.0 connector.

Does anyone know if the Hi10 X keyboard connectors are USB 3.0 or USB 2.0?

The keyboard’s USB ports are USB 2.0
There is a 3.0 port and it is the USB C port that you can replicate using a USB A 3.0 hub

I request that the figure on the Hi10 X website be corrected.

In the figure showing the USB port on the keyboard, the connector is painted blue and it says USB 3.0.

Thanks.

This information is in a window that says:

“The Classic Hi10 Just Got Some Major Upgrades! All New CHUWI Hi10 X”

I will ask two more questions so that there is no doubt.

The old tablets
HiBook
HiBook Pro
Hi10 Air
Hi10 Pro
And the latest tablet
Hi10 X

1- Do all of these tablets fit perfectly on the same keyboard dock with two USB 2.0 ports?

2- The Hi10 X tablet when sold by Chuwi, is delivered with a keyboard dock with two USB 2.0 ports?

can the chuwi hi10 air keyboard be used in chuwi hi10 x

I also was tricked with the Ads showing a blue USB3.0 port, but receiving a USB2.0 version keyboard. They are all getting rid of old stock & cannot find anyone selling the USB3.0 version anywhere.

  1. What did you find? &
  2. does the USB3 version work any faster or better?
    Thanks

Anyone selling the Chuwi hi10x keyboards with usb3.0 sockets?
Thanks for any suppliers.
