Can you still share which IPU6 driver you uses/tried? I think there are two (maybe, I am not sure)?
I’ll be happy to get some info on this. I, too need it to complete fully my Linux Mint on this tablet.

There is now an experimental open-source Arch/Manjaro camera implementation for an Acer Gadget E10 ETPad Max using the same GC5035 front and GC8034 rear sensor combination:
On the tested tablet both cameras work in GNOME Camera, Firefox, Chrome/Chromium, Discord and Telegram. The repository includes kernel/DKMS sensor drivers, IPU bridge integration, patched libcamera tuning and legacy V4L2 compatibility devices.
Important: it was tested on the Acer tablet with Intel IPU6 8086:a75d, Manjaro GNOME and kernel 7.1.9-1-MANJARO. Chuwi owners should compare ACPI wiring and hardware IDs before installing it. Feedback and hardware reports are welcome.
