Hi10XR reinstall windows10,driver problem and speaker doesn't work

Hi everyone
yesterday, i reinstall my hi10 xr, cpu is N4120u
and i try windows update and some driver package in this forum.
but still have 2 device not woke in device manager
and devie error is 28, no install driver.

my media controller doesn’t work and my sound device has no device.

how can i fix it?

Have you tried deleting the entries from device manager then re-installing correct drivers? That worked for me.
