I reflashed system partition and now tablet successfully boots both into Android and Windows. But there is some strange thing in Android. During Android setup I succesfully connected to WiFi but the tablet cannot create Google account. I skipped this step, started the browser and succesfully log in my Google account, but the connection from the tablet setting still unsuccesfull.
How could it be fixed?

Try, with the tablet turned on in Android, pressing the power button for 16 seconds. It will turn off and turn on again and try to connect with the Google account
