Hipad LTE Stock Firmware

I need the official stock rom for Hipad LTE. Downloaded this one (https://www.mediafire.com/folder/yzwn55wwgbljx/Hi_Pad) and it seems to be for Hi9 Air. I can’t use mobile data with this firmware.

I think you gave me the wrong links. Same thing happened even if I open in phone or PC. Instead of https://www.mediafire.com/#6wzia7astowcu, It should be https://www.mediafire.com/folder/6wzia7astowcu (added some texts on link you gave me). Don’t know if this is for the Hipad LTE as the characters are Chinese.
