One day the touchscreen stopped working, I send an email asking for help and the agent replied requesting me to reinstall the drivers using the files on a link he provided. After doing so the screen went black and not it only shows stripes. Help me please.
Probably the flashing was not done properly. Did you receive the instructions also on how to do it?

I checked and support send you how to flash on the email, there was a link to download the tutorial. Did you follow the steps?

Then if flashing was succesfull, then is hardware problem. You need to send it to repair. Write again to my colleague in support, and ask them to send it to repair. He will help you to do that.
