I downloaded the Operating System from the “Support” section for my CoreBook X i5-12450H but I didn’t understand how to install it.
I thought there was an ISO installation image available that could be loaded with programs like RUFUS but I found a compressed folder in .RAR format inside which I found various folders (see attached photo).
How do I proceed? I would like to create a USB stick with the installer.

Credevo fosse disponibile un’immagine ISO di installazione caricabile con programmi tipo RUFUS ma mi sono ritrovato una cartella compressa in formato .RAR al cui interno ho ritrovato varie cartelle (vedi foto allegata).
Come sinprocede? Vorrei creare una chiavetta USB con l’insteller.
You can download Windows from the Microsoft website.
You can download the drivers from the Chuwi website.
The copy of Windows 11 that we installed on our CHUWI devices is licensed and activated. The one downloadable on the Microsoft website is not!
As far as I know, the license is not lost by reinstalling Windows:
- The license is saved in the BIOS
You can ask support what the difference is between the one downloaded from Chuwi support and the one downloaded from Microsoft:
Hi, I can confirm that by downloading a copy of Windows 11 from the official website and doing a “clean” installation on a new 1TB Lexar SSD, the license is confirmed because it is saved in the BIOS!
Ciao, ti confermo che scaricando una copia di Windows 11 dal sito ufficiale e facendo in’installazione “pulita” su un nuovo SSD Lexar da 1TB, la licensa è cofermata perchè salvata sul BIOS!
