How can I change the case keyboard language?
Go to system properties in android settings, here you can set your keyboard layout. Anyway, it will be totally useless; there is no way to make this tablet accept a keyboard layout different than the original english. Very annoying 
You can also switch keyboard layouts quickly with the language icon in the taskbar once multiple languages are added. On Windows, Win + Space is really handy for toggling between them too.
