How to Fresh install of windows and android in Hi 10 Air

After reinstall windows 10 on my Hi 10 Air serial number Q64G19042667 , the front camera, bluetooth, auto rotation is not working. android boot also missing. I want to fresh install all with all drivers. pls help me with tutorial & files
