How to reinstall Windows on Hi10Max N150?

Hello,

I recently purchase de Chuwi H10 Max N150 and I’m having some trouble with windows updates that don’t download.

So I was trying to reinstall Windows 11. I entered my serial number on the Chuwi website and downloaded the drivers and OS, but even after formatting the USB drive to NTFS, renaming to WINPE and copying the files, when i restart the computer and enter the boot menu, there is no EFI to choose so I can reinstall Windows.

Can you explain the process of reinstalling Windows, please!

Many thanks.

What problems do you have ?

You can ask Windows support or search Google for a solution.

In my opinion, it is easier to solve Windows problems than to reinstall Windows.

This is the Windows tutorial:

This is the drivers tutorial:

Mate if you have read what I wrote you would understand my problem… Windows Update it’s not downloading any updates, it’s stuck at 0%. I’ve tried googling for solutions, run a bunch of commands, reset the windows update folders, forced repairs on windows and nothing is enabling Windows updates.

So my solution is to reinstall Windows again and I already followed the tutorial in the doc file, my machine doesn’t detect any USB drive in the boot menu.

All I want is instructions how to reinstall the Windows downloaded from the support page… What I’m asking is not complicated (I think).

I have read and understood everything you’ve written.
I don’t have the same computer model as yours, and the updates install without a problem.
You have Windows support, so I’m suggesting you contact support: you have an official version.
You can search Google for commands to check the Windows installation.
I have experience installing Windows.
In my previous post, I provided the tutorial for installing Windows on a USB drive and the drivers.

And I’ve tried to fix windows in every way, I also have experience in installing Windows and Mac Os.

And I’ve tried the tutorial you sent, before you sent it, and IT DOES NOT WORK IN THIS MACHINE.

But thanks for trying to help.

As far as I know, EFI is the previous BIOS system; UEFI is used now.
Since you say you have experience installing Windows, you already know the solution.
I’ll try to help as best I can.

Now you helped me my friend!

You made me think, if it is UEFI then I have to format in FAT32 and not NTFS!

Dam… So simples and I was over complicating.

Thank you man.
