How to update Hi10 XPro Android 14 to the new Android 15

This is my third CHUWI product.
Like my MINI BOOK N100 and FreeBook N100, entering the serial number on the support site shows “Database is not normal,” preventing me from downloading drivers or other files.
I wondered if I could update the Hi10 X Pro I just bought from Android 14 to 15. When I entered the serial number into support, as expected, it said the database was not functioning properly, and I couldn’t download anything.

Since the Android 15 model is already available on the official website, I want to update to Android 15. Will the necessary drivers for updating to Android 15 not be provided?

I purchased the global version on AliExpress on 10/14/2025.

Thank you for uploading the file. I downloaded the file with the PAC extension and performed the update using the method described in another topic, successfully upgrading to Android 15. Thank you for your thorough support.

The recovery tools are now fully assembled.

Backing them up to a USB drive should allow for quick recovery even in an emergency. Thank you again for your assistance this time.
