Like my MINI BOOK N100 and FreeBook N100, entering the serial number on the support site shows “Database is not normal,” preventing me from downloading drivers or other files.
I wondered if I could update the Hi10 X Pro I just bought from Android 14 to 15. When I entered the serial number into support, as expected, it said the database was not functioning properly, and I couldn’t download anything.
Since the Android 15 model is already available on the official website, I want to update to Android 15. Will the necessary drivers for updating to Android 15 not be provided?
I purchased the global version on AliExpress on 10/14/2025.
