I checked your device’s specifications: it says it comes with Windows 11. I don’t think there are any drivers for Windows 10.
You can search Google for how to run programs in compatibility mode.
I think if it doesn’t work with Windows 11, it won’t work with Windows 10.
We dont have WIndows 10nfor Hi10Max only Windows 11. If you want we can give WIndows 11
