Good, due to a certain problem in my laptop I saw the need to reinstall the OS.
Unfortunately I could not make a copy of the drivers because I could not enter the System.
After installing it was all more or less normal, I installed the drivers that they put here in this section, but something strange happened to me.
The audio is heard very low, 100% is as if it is at 30%, besides, the left speaker does not work
I don’t think it’s something physical, because before formatting everything worked correctly
Has anyone had the same thing happen to you and been able to fix it?
