I bought this laptop in October 2024 at Amazon.com. The serial number is ZMinBXHY4H240701274. Recently one of four black pads affixed to the bottom of the laptop came off and will not stay on no matter how much pressure is applied to the pad. I am assuming the glue or other adhesive has dried. Can I get a replacement for the pad?

Just apply a new glue on your own. Two of mine came off and I don’t know where they fell, seems like the glue is just of bad quality. Certainly your case is not the first, someone also had the same problem a while ago, as well as someone else much earlier. You can also search for random rubber feet on the internet, the length is 2.4cm and the width is 0.65cm. Anything less or equal than those would do. To be fair, I can’t find the exact replacement in Aliexpress.
