Hello, I was using the Minibook X N100 fine yesterday, but when I attempted to use the laptop today, I was presented with the BIOS and it says “N/A” for storage. I attempted to reseat the SSD but the issue remained. I wonder what happened.
@manonegra do you think may be hardware? or maybe the disk just moved
I think maybe the SSD died. The official support is not replying me. Can I have the image and drivers to try on another SSD?
Send the Serial number and i will give you the links, i cannot read it clear in the image
The number at the back of the unit reads ZMinBXHY4H231002137.
It would be great if I can have the files fast, the SSD i ordered is arriving soon.

Hi, here is an update: After changing the SSD and using the provided image and driver, I am to use the Minibook X N100 again. However the fact remains that the SSD that came with the laptop, which is under warranty, is faulty, and I would like to get it replaced.
I contacted customer support on 9 Oct 2024 and they replied on 25 Oct 2024 asking for more details. I replied on 26 Oct 2024 and sent a chaser email on 13 Nov 2024 and till now there is no reply.
The warranty ends at around the end of 2024. And I am wondering if Chuwi is delaying their replies to wait for the warranty to end. I am upset and disappointed with the support. I will not recommend my friends to buy from Chuwi due to the poor after-sales service.
