Minibook X N100 System Errors

I bought this laptop in October 2024 at Amazon.com. The serial number is ZMinBXHY4H240701274. I have recently saw two system errors reported. The first error has been reported multiple times and the second just once over the past two days.

#1 - Error: (04/07/2025 02:01:31 PM) (Source: Microsoft-Windows-HAL) (EventID: 21) (User: NT AUTHORITY)
Description: The hardware real-time clock was not set because evaluation of the ACPI Time and Alarm Device method failed. Status: 3221225473.

#2 - Error: (04/07/2025 09:35:47 AM) (Source: Microsoft-Windows-NDIS) (EventID: 10317) (User: NT AUTHORITY)
Description: Miniport Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter #2, {02ece79e-7d9c-40aa-8db2-65ea583897ca}, had event 74

The clock in the system tray appears to be keeping accurate time.

Are these errors indicative of serious hardware problems?

Can I get help to resolve them?

Everything seems to indicate that the reported problems are caused by the new Windows 24H2 update, and it’s expected that they will be fixed with new updates, since they no longer appear when returning to the original system.
It doesn’t seem likely that they will affect the laptop’s normal operation, but it’s always possible to uninstall the problematic update.
