i can not download OS and Driver for my Minibook x, Support only give me error Message.
Serial: ZMinBXHY4H250300188
Also i could not find a tutorial how to use the Image and apply the Drivers.

You need to go to Microsoft’s devices menu to get the right serial. I tested this, and it showed me drivers of my device. Ask me any questions you need about this topic!

Sorry, i can not access my Win11 anymore, i killed it by mistake.
On support site it says " The serial number is printed on the back of the machine." This one does not work.
I need OS files, like other users already received for new installation.
Installation of Win11 downloaded from Microsoft failed due to issues with Wifi driver. Installation stops there because they can not utilize Wifi hardware.

Can you upload a photo of the serial number ?
The serial number is printed on the warranty card.
If you have a family member or friend who has a computer, take the USB drive to them and have them download the operating system from the Microsoft website.

I can use an other PC, that is not the problem.
Win11 from Microsoft fails to install on my Minibook because it can not load Wifi device. So this is no Option for me.
I need the OS image from Chuwi to reinstall win11 on my Minibook.
Chuwi Support, please guide me to download of the OS for my Minibook.
