Does Chuwi do motherboard repairs? I’ve been back and forth with service@chuwi.com for a couple of weeks and there doesn’t seem to be much interest in taking the laptop in for a look.
The manufacturer itself usually does not repair the motherboard in a warranty case, but simply replaces it. But if you go to an authorized service and ask for an out-of-warranty repair of the board, a technician may be able to do a component repair.
Unfortunately no fucks appear to be given. I actually bought the corebook x to cover while the lapbook pro was having a bad battery fixed. Not this time around.
