I have the same issue, impossible to contact the after sale service. The computer is a nice product. But Chuwi team doesn’t understand what the BIOS is for. I had version 5.13 not they send me an update version 5.12, Aah. So my battery is not charging unless I open the computer and take off the battery and reconnect everything. And I got the blue screen of death some in a while. I hope one day, Chuwi will make a decent website with a page with all the drivers
