I reset Windows 11 on my PC and now two drivers do not work:
Multimedia Audio Controller
Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Failed)
I supplied my serial number
JHeroBP256GS20908364 - Does not find anything

I get the following error: Database Working Un-normal now, Please contact local retails and distributor for Service
This PC started as a Windows 10 PC during the Windows 11 transition, it was upgraded to Windows 11 and the audio driver worked until the recent Windows 11 Reset.
