So I have received a new device from Chuwi minibook n100 (had to wait about a year). so i really want to install linux on this device, how could i best backup the drivers/config so that this issue does not happen again. Or at least so that I can always restore it if i have to? Where does the config for the touchscreen live exactly? Is it all in the drivers? I spent a long time trying to restore them last time without success, even though i am pretty sure i installed the correct drivers. Is there more somewhere? Maybe in the EFI system partition?

Windows system backup and restore.
You can search for other methods on Google.
Download the operating system and drivers from the Chuwi website (driver installation is done through Device Manager).
