Hipad Pro has a USB-C 2.0 Port and does NOT Support Video Out. This is Hardware related. Nothing to do with Firmware or Software. Like 98% of all cheap Tablets… So No need to blame Chuwi and read Specs before buy.

It is Hardware related. It is USB-C 2.0 and does not Support Video out. For Video out USB-C 3.1 Hardware is needed. Microsoft Duo, Huawei Mate Series and Samsung S21 and a few others use USB 3.1. Most Tablets and Smartphone use USB-C 2.0.
