Sound is good when using headphones, but nothing from internal speakers when headphones disconnected.
In zoom, no sound when testing speaker, and no input when testing microphone.
When headphones attached can hear sound and mic works.

Windows 10 is having update issues, with audio, there are many complaints in general with the latest update 2020, try to install these drivers:

Same problem here (Ubook Pro N4100) upgraded to Windows 10 professionell. Click sounds, but works with headphones. Realtek drivers made no difference! No sound via speakers.
