No Wi-Fi in brand new mini book X

Hi! I’m hoping someone can give me an idea on how to fix this issue. I just received my mini book X 2023 from Amazon. When it first booted up I tried connecting to Wi-Fi and there is literally no Wi-Fi options anywhere on the computer. When you click on Internet or network settings, there is only Bluetooth. No Wi-Fi cards are showing up in device manager. I’m not sure if I should just send it back and get a replacement or if this may be a fixable issue. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!

Check the device manager if it shows up there at all

If it’s there but has an error, you could try updating the drivers, but otherwise I’d just have the laptop replaced.
