Hi I tried everything and i can’t open the option to do a hard reset, I try all button combinations.
Please help!
Note i need the factory reset because i entered the device lock password wrong and now i can’t unlock it

Yes, when I use the buttons to enter recovery mode it does not take me to that mode, it turns on normally or it does not turn on, it stays in a loop
@Pablo6 These tablets must flash the software , cant do hard reset.
